Website Terms of Use
Last updated: NOVEMBER 2025
The short version
The full terms are below and they're what applies legally. Here's the plain-English summary.
- This site is operated by Work Well Group Pty Ltd, trading as Stephanie Bown (ABN 34 604 376 196). By browsing it, you accept these terms.
- We may update these terms by changing this page, and changes take effect from the day they're published.
- If you create an account, keep your login details to yourself. You're responsible for anything that happens under your account, and sharing it can mean losing access.
- Please use the site lawfully. No scraping or automated access, no harvesting email addresses, no posting advertisements or affiliate links.
- Everything on this site is ours — text, graphics, logos, video, audio, code and design. You're welcome to browse it and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. Republishing, distributing or adapting it needs our written permission first.
- Buying a course gives you a limited, non-transferable licence for the term shown on that course's page. Sharing your licence or the course materials isn't permitted, and we'll give you reasonable notice before access expires.
- Courses are non-refundable, subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If you want to cancel, email [email protected] as soon as you can. On a payment plan, the outstanding balance stays payable.
- Everything here is general information, not professional, financial, legal or business advice. Get your own advice before acting on it, and the decisions and results are yours.
- We can't guarantee particular outcomes, and our liability is limited to resupplying the service — subject to the Australian Consumer Law guarantees, which can't be excluded.
- If you post a comment, review, photo or video on our site or social channels, you're giving us permission to use it, including in our marketing. Keep your own copy, since we may not.
- Joining the mailing list means you'll get updates and promotional material from us. Unsubscribe whenever you like.
- New South Wales law applies, and disputes go to the courts of New South Wales
