• We're Work Well Group Pty Ltd, trading as Stephanie Bown (ABN 34 604 376 196). We follow the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988, and the GDPR where it applies to you.
• We collect what you give us — your name, email, phone and address, along with anything you share through forms, surveys, feedback, purchases or when you contact us.
• We use it to deliver what you've asked for, run and improve our services, keep in touch about our work where you've consented, and look into any complaints.
• We only use your information for purposes you've consented to. If you'd rather not give it to us, that's fine, though we may not be able to provide everything.
• We share it only where we need to — with our team, advisers, suppliers and subcontractors — and they're held to this same policy. We may also disclose it where the law requires.
• Your information may be stored or processed outside Australia, including by our website hosting provider. Transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards.
• We take security seriously and have physical, electronic and managerial measures in place. Nothing sent over the internet is ever completely risk-free, so transmission is at your own risk.
