Stephanie initially provided executive coaching to one of the Co-Founders of Australia’s fastest growing travel company, and was subsequently invited to help define their company values, vision and mission, and the culture plan to embed those values into everyday operations.

Stephanie worked closely with the senior leadership team on a number of projects to enhance culture and leadership across the business, including executive coaching for several senior leaders and the group’s founder, Shannon Bennett, and defining company purpose and values.

Stephanie has worked with the Byron Bay team to facilitate their annual retreat, bringing the global team together for three days to celebrate, align and rejuvenate, alongside personal coaching for several members of the group."

Stephanie partnered with the Novas team to build a culture of coaching and feedback within the senior leadership team to support effective communication and execution of their 5-year strategic plan. This has included facilitated workshops and retreats; as well as monthly 1:1 coaching with the top 10 leaders of the organisation.

Stephanie partnered with the COO to develop the leadership, communication and professionalism of the 30+ Support Office staff, and to support them to sustain their strong culture through a significant period following their sale to Country Road Group in 2016.

Stephanie teamed up with Stephen Ring and Michael Da Gama Pinto to help guide them in their analysis of business acquisition and growth, from a cultural and strategic alignment perspective.

The team gathered each year in their homeland town of Byron Bay for their annual retreat. Stephanie has been invited each year since 2017 to deliver keynotes on mindfulness, resilience and wellbeing.

Delivering quality services in the mining and industrial sectors, Bluefield engaged Stephanie to facilitate a one-day strategy planning workshop, resulting in a one-page business plan shared across the whole organisation.

Stephanie has delivered both keynote speeches to EO conferences and also facilitated workshops for EO Forums.

Stephanie facilitated a two-day strategy and planning workshop with the executive team in 2018, resulting in a one-page business plan that mapped their path forward as a new player in Australia’s insurance sector.

Stephanie worked with CEO Anthea Bosha to construct a new vision through a purpose discovery and strategy planning session, enabling the team to align on a detailed plan that set them on a new program of offerings and events.

A not-for-profit based in Byron Bay offering a safe haven for young women aged 12 to 24. Stephanie provided monthly mentoring to the General Manager over twelve months, helping set up clear job descriptions, performance plans and KPIs.

Stephanie facilitated several strategy and planning sessions, helping the board and senior management team align on priorities and best use their investment capital to grow sustainably over a five to ten year horizon.

Stephanie was invited to facilitate a strategy workshop with the board and senior management team, and to draft their one-page plan for the next two to three years.

Stephanie spoke at the Monash Business Awards, supporting the program’s focus on building business excellence by sharing the importance of innovation.

Steph facilitated a one-day strategy and planning workshop with the Founder and senior leadership team to clarify and align on their priorities to achieve their draft five-year vision.

Stephanie partnered with a senior leader to provide performance coaching that helped him gain clarity on both his personal and professional aspirations, and establish positive habits to support goal achievement. He has since been promoted within the company.

After joining Stephanie’s inaugural Mindful Leaders Retreat in Byron Bay, the CEO organised a retreat for his senior executive team, inviting Stephanie to run a session on living and leading mindfully. She has since delivered a keynote at their conference.

Stephanie facilitated a strategy and planning workshop for the senior leadership team, supporting their CEO to share his detailed vision and plan for the group over the following twelve months.

Stephanie serves on the board of LeaderLife, a Dubbo-based not-for-profit supporting children and young people doing it tough. Contributing her governance and leadership experience to an organisation helping young people build a sense of worth and purpose is some of the most meaningful work she does.
